Vila Forest C

The house is located in Brașov, in the mountain area. Built as ground floor plus attic (P+M), it was designed to integrate into the mountain landscape through the use of wood and stone, and through a two-pitched roof characteristic of the region. The house is partly clad in cedar wood and opens to the exterior through large glazed surfaces, as well as toward the terrace accessible from the living room via sliding doors. The layout proposed is simple and minimal, yet functional and ergonomic. The ground floor houses an entrance hall, kitchen, utility room, living and dining area, bathroom, hallway, storage space and the staircase. The attic level holds the staircase, the hallway, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and the master bedroom with its own en-suite.
